Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant America Online, Inc. ("AOL") on March 2, 2005. Plaintiff has requested oral argument of Defendant's Motion. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's request for oral argument and DENIES Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
