¶ 1 In this appeal we must determine whether a Utah court may properly exercise personal jurisdiction over two Wyoming defendants on the basis of a forum selection clause contained in a contract between those defendants and a Utah plaintiff. We conclude that the contractual agreement to litigate all claims in Utah is enforceable.
