Plaintiff Timothy Mazer ("Plaintiff" or "Mazer") has brought this suit against Safeway, Inc. ("Safeway" or "Defendant"), alleging that Safeway failed to pay Mazer compensation and benefits in violation of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (2005), and Maryland law.
