Husband appeals a judgment modifying spousal support and an amended judgment imposing sanctions for contempt. He advances a number of assignments of error, two of which we conclude are well-taken: (1) the trial court erred in refusing to enforce the terms of a marital settlement agreement that it had previously approved and incorporated into the dissolution judgment; and (2) the court erred in awarding wife her attorney fees.
