This case returns to us following remand to the juvenile court for reconsideration of its order terminating jurisdiction over two brothers (the children) who, after being adjudicated persons described by Welfare and Institutions Code section 300,1 were placed by the Department of Children and Family Services (the department) with their indigent maternal grandmother on an Indian Reserve in Canada.2
