Plaintiff-Appellant, the Village of Rosemont ("Rosemont") appeals the bankruptcy court's decision to grant Defendants-Appellees' motion to dismiss Rosemont's complaint seeking specific performance and injunctive relief (the "Complaint"). Rosemont has also moved for an injunction pending appeal. The Court has appellate jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158 and Rule 8001...
