In Case No. A05A0326, Willie Mitchell appeals from the grant of a directed verdict to Backus Cadillac-Pontiac, Inc. ("Backus"), in his suit for rescission, breach of warranty, fraud, and other causes of action. We reverse in part, holding that the trial court erred in directing a verdict against him on his claim for rescission. The remainder of the judgment is affirmed.
