Frank Glading Shelton appeals a conviction for operating a motor vehicle upon a public highway while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), in violation of Code § 18.2-266. He contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence the certificate of blood analysis. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court.
