In this patent infringement case, plaintiff Kwik Products, Inc. ("Kwik"), a manufacturer of vegetation string trimmer heads, alleges that defendants infringed its patent, U.S. Patent No. 5,896,666 (the " '666 Patent"). Defendants counterclaim, contending that the '666 Patent is invalid. The case was tried to the Court without a jury in October 2004. For the reasons that follow, judgment will be entered in favor of defendants...
