Alexander Kaufman brought this action against Guest Capital, L.L.C. ("GC"), Guest Management, Inc. ("GMI"), and Frederick E. Guest, II ("Guest") (collectively, "defendants"), asserting common law claims of fraudulent inducement, equitable accounting and breach of contract, as well as violations of the Colorado Securities Act.
