The litigants in this case ask this Court to decide whether mortgage insurance sold by Radian Guaranty to Countrywide Home Mortgage was a consumer credit action, triggering the notice requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Because Radian sold the mortgage insurance to Countrywide and not to Whitney and Celeste Whitfield, I find no violation of the FCRA...
