Plaintiff Hebert Meier ("Meier") originally filed the instant lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court, County of Nassau. It was soon thereafter removed to this court by defendants Premier Wine & Spirits, Inc. ("Premier"), John Casano, Daniel Lorusso, David Taub, and Marc Taub. None of the plaintiff's claims assert a cause of action arising under federal law, and the parties are not citizens...
