Pending before the Court is a "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus," filed by Pedro Santiago-Melendez ("Santiago-Melendez") pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.1 (Docket No. 1).

For the reasons set forth below, the Court DISMISSES the Petition.
