Plaintiffs, Roberto Figueroa Reyes ("Plaintiff"), his wife Madeline Soto Pizarro, and their conjugal partnership, bring the present action against Defendants, Hospital San Pablo del Este ("HSPDE") and Universal Health Services ("UHS"), seeking relief under the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act ("USERRA"), 38 U.S.C. § 4311-33 (2002 & Supp.2005).
