Joseph Thelemaque is detained by the United States Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("BICE") at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center in Uncasville, Connecticut, pending removal to his native Haiti. Currently pending before this Court are two petitions by Mr. Thelemaque for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, filed under different docket numbers. Hearing no objection...
