This was a hard fought case that resulted in a ten-day jury trial and an appeal. The First Circuit affirmed in all respects. Now the plaintiff, Uncle Henry's, Inc., is requesting attorney fees. The defendant, Plaut Consulting, Inc., objects, asserting that the request for fees is too late and does not contain adequate detail showing that the fees are for services for which recovery is permitted.
