[¶ 1] Daniel Justin Coleman appeals his conviction of larceny claiming he was improperly denied an attorney at his preliminary hearing. In addition, Mr. Coleman objects to his sentence asserting the district court abused its discretion by ordering him to pay restitution for items he did not admit to stealing and by wrongly banishing him from Natrona County.
