On October 25, 2005, a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia handed up a six-count superseding indictment charging Robert E. Quinn and Michael H. Holland ("defendants"), employees of Kentucky-based Clark Material Handling Company ("CMHC") — as well as a third individual, Mohammed A. Sharbaf of Iran — with violating laws restricting the export of goods from the United States to Iran....
