The plaintiffs, Niame Keys and Sherri Sims, are employed by Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority ("WMATA") as mechanics, and they allege that WMATA has subjected them to a policy and practice of discouraging and abusing women who function as mechanics. They argue that this policy violates the D.C. Human Rights Act and Title VII, and that the violations have altered their working conditions...
