¶ 1 For the second time in four years, we are called upon by Wasatch Medical Management (Wasatch) and David Orlob to resolve a now-fourteen-year-old dispute over their Combined Agreement for the sale of Orlob's medical billing service to Wasatch (Combined Agreement or Agreement).
