Before the Court is Petitioner's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Docket # 1). On February 15, 2005 the Court referred this case to Magistrate-Judge Camille Velez-Rive for a Report and Recommendation (Docket # 11). On April 6, 2005 Magistrate Velez-Rive issued her report, recommending that the petition be denied and the case be dismissed...
