Before me on a stipulated record is Carlton and Christie Ann Pratt's complaint seeking sanctions against General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) for asserted violations of the Bankruptcy Code's discharge injunction. Sure enough, GMAC's post-discharge refusal to release its security interest in the Pratts' car, coupled with its refusal to repossess the vehicle, has hobbled the Pratts' efforts...
