¶ 1 Kelvin Keith Erickson, (Erickson), appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court of the Seventh Judicial District, Dawson County, wherein he was convicted of two separate offenses as charged in separate informations. Separate sentences were imposed; however, they were handed down at the same hearing and are contained in one written judgment that was filed in both cases. We reverse and remand...
