Cases involving the termination of parental rights are always difficult. This case highlights that difficulty because, as the trial court found, "the children love their parents and . . . the parents love the children." It also found, however, that "unfortunately, [the] mother and father cannot or will not make the changes necessary to provide the consistent, nurturing, responsible care that [their daughters] need...
