Plaintiff, an independently owned pharmacy, brought suit in the Circuit Court of Bullock County, Alabama on behalf of itself and all similarly situated parties against the Defendant insurance companies/pharmacy benefit management companies for failure to reimburse Plaintiffs according to an agreed-upon formula for brand name prescriptions dispensed to Defendants' insureds.
