Joseph Silvestri appeals his conviction after a jury trial for conspiring to launder the proceeds of mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h), and for 30 substantive counts of laundering the proceeds of mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1957 and 2.
