Plaintiff Juanita Robinson and eleven other individuals brought this suit on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated seeking damages for unpaid overtime compensation and unpaid minimum wage compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
