This cause is before the Court on the Petition for Remand (Doc. # 6) filed by Plaintiff, Greg Adams (hereinafter "Adams"). Adams contends that remand is appropriate because the removal of this case was untimely. For the reasons set forth herein, the petition is due to be GRANTED.
