¶ 1 Ted Allan Shank appeals the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of First-Degree Murder, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, and Conspiracy. See 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 2501, 2901(a), 2702(a)(1), 3701(a)(1), 903. Shank contends that the Commonwealth adduced insufficient evidence to sustain his convictions, and that the trial court erred in allowing hearsay testimony and expert testimony beyond the scope of the expert...
