Plaintiff Samantha Johnson, an American of African descent, brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981a, 2000e through 2000e-17, against defendant Auburn University. She claims that Auburn failed to reclassify her position to a higher pay grade because of her race; she further claims that Auburn failed to reclassify her to a higher pay grade in retaliation...
