House of Prayer church pastor Arthur Allen, who, along with four co-defendants, represented themselves at a jury trial in Fulton County Superior Court, was convicted of two counts of cruelty to children and two counts of aggravated assault for his role in orchestrating the unlawful beatings of two children.
