After a bench trial, Glenn Corbett Smithson was convicted of three counts of theft by receiving stolen property (Counts 1-3), trafficking in cocaine (Count 7), and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana (Count 8). Smithson was sentenced to fifteen years to serve ten in confinement on the trafficking offense, ten years on the theft by receiving offenses to run concurrently with the sentence on Count 7, and twelve months to serve on the possession...
