This action for breach of contract and violation of the California Equipment Dealers Act (CEDA), Cal. Bus. & Prof Code § 22900, et. seq., was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in Plaintiff's favor for $7,490,400. Judgment was entered accordingly.
