¶ 1 Thomas Kersteter appeals the September 20, 2004 order denying his petition for PCRA relief. We reverse and remand.

¶ 2 In 1999, Appellant was charged under six separate informations with various offenses including burglary, theft, conspiracy, forgery, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
