This case raises a very important question, namely, whether the opening and reentry of a judgment of strict foreclosure, while the original judgment is on appeal and an appellate stay is in place, renders the appeal from the original judgment moot. Because we are constrained by our Supreme Court's construction of Practice Book § 61-11 (formerly § 366), as explained in Milford Trust Co. v. Greenberg, 137 Conn. 277
