OPINION

SUTIN, J.

{1} The district court held Petitioner Cecilia Redman-Tafoya (Tafoya) was disinherited under a no-contest clause in her father's Last Will and Testament by granting a motion to revoke her inheritance filed by her brother who was the personal representative of the estate. Tafoya appeals the court's ruling. We reverse. We set guidelines in regard to the construction and application of no-contest clauses in an attempt to enhance predictability...
