¶ 1. In July of 2000, Charles Richardson pled guilty to aggravated assault and shooting into an occupied dwelling. On the aggravated assault charge, the Union County Circuit Court sentenced Richardson to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
