Plaintiff, Doris Lucky,1 appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her complaint for personal injuries arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on May 24, 2001 for failure to satisfy the "limitation on lawsuit" threshold under the 1998 Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act (AICRA), N.J.S.A. 39:6A-8a.
