Plaintiff Sassy, Inc. ("Sassy"), an Illinois corporation, filed this complaint for declaratory judgment against defendant Donald P. Berry, Sr., a Florida resident. Sassy produces and sells products for infants and young children, including a product known as the "Sassy Teething Feeder."
