¶ 1 Shane Schoenthal ("Shane") and LeAnn Siderius Schoenthal ("LeAnn") were married July 4, 1995. The marriage produced one child. The District Court entered a decree of dissolution and distribution of the marital estate on September 19, 2003. Thereafter, Shane filed a Rule 59(g), M.R.Civ.P., motion to alter or amend judgment.
