Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on May 28, 2003, against Defendants Ellen Campbell, Lucille Evans, Alan Greason, Clarence Powell, Sherry Wheeler, and William Overton. On July 15, 2003, Plaintiff filed a first amended complaint against the same defendants, except Defendant Overton, asserting violations of his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights...
