Thomas A. Cochran, M.D., and Columbus Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, P.C., appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to dismiss a medical malpractice complaint filed by Deborah Lee Bowers, individually and in her capacity as executrix of the Estate of Michael A. Bowers. Because the trial court did not err in denying Cochran's motion to dismiss, we affirm the trial court.
