When J.M.L. was fourteen, she was employed as an instructor at a karate studio. J.M.L. and A.M.P., her forty-one year old employer, commenced an almost year long affair. Following A.M.P.'s indictment and conviction of second degree sexual assault, contrary to N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2c(2), J.M.L., through her guardian ad litem, filed a complaint under the Law Against Discrimination (LAD)
