OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration of the Courts' Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, and Defendants' Motion for Reconsideration or Modification. There was no oral argument. Fed. R.Civ.P. 78. For the following reasons, Plaintiff's motion is DENIED in its entirety and Defendants' motion is GRANTED IN PART
