This is an action to vacate a decision of an arbitrator which found that Claimants could arbitrate their claims against Respondents as a class. Respondents assert that this Court has jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1332, 1337(a). Claimants contend that the Court lacks jurisdiction.
