MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Arlie Gene Wipf ("Wipf") was convicted of two counts of involuntary manslaughter in Indian country. The district court1 sentenced Wipf to twenty-four months' imprisonment. Wipf now appeals. We affirm.

I. Facts
