This matter is pending for consideration of Plaintiff's motion to hold the case in abeyance [Record No. 19], the Defendants' motion to dismiss [Record No. 20], Defendant's motion for summary judgment [Record No. 22], and Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment [Record No. 24]. While these motions focused on the Plaintiff's state law claims, they did not address her accompanying Federal claims....
