Rosemary Johnson-Kurek appeals the district court's dismissal of her claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Samir Abu-Absi, Thomas Barden, and Carol Nelson-Burns, tenured faculty members of the University of Toledo. Johnson-Kurek, then a part-time lecturer in the Department of English and the Department of Theater and Film at the University of Toledo, alleged that her First Amendment rights to free speech and academic freedom...
