Sterling United Federal Credit Union ("Sterling") appeals from the denial of its petition for attorney's fees in Warrick Superior Court Number Two. Sterling raises the following issues:

I. Whether the trial court abused its discretion when it joined Sterling to a dissolution proceeding, and then upon dismissing Sterling, when it failed to find the joinder wrongful; and, II. Whether the trial court abused its discretion...
