Defendant Inam Manasrah pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud based on her participation in a coupon redemption scheme. A probation officer prepared a pre-sentence report (PSR), which calculated defendant's offense level as 12 and her criminal history category as I, producing an imprisonment range of ten to sixteen months under the sentencing guidelines.
